From the beginning of plantation days, Hawai‘i has been home to many different cultures and ethnicities. Everyone learned how to get along by sharing their food, their traditions, their celebrations, and their languages.
Even today, throughout the islands, many different languages can be heard in the market, on the beach, and on the playground.
One to Ten in Hawai‘i introduces kids to nine different languages by teaching them how to count from one to ten in English, Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, Tagalog, Samoan, Vietnamese, and Spanish.
There’s no better time to feed your child’s curiosity about language, math, cultures, and the natural world around them.
